Beta service

Resubmittal is provided as an experimental coordination aid and may change, be unavailable, or contain errors. The current free Beta is limited to three successful analyses per anonymous visitor.

No professional or compliance review

Generated comments, explanations, action items, and responses are drafts. They are not architectural, engineering, legal, code, contract, safety, or specification advice and do not constitute approval. You are responsible for review by qualified project participants and for the final resubmittal.

Your documents

You represent that you have the rights and permission required to upload each document. Do not upload content that violates law, contract, confidentiality, intellectual property, privacy, or security obligations.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to bypass limits at scale, disrupt the service, access another visitor’s report, introduce malicious content, or use the output to misrepresent professional review or approval.

Downloads

Templates are provided for general informational use and must be adapted to the project, contract documents, and applicable requirements.

Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided “as is” to the maximum extent permitted by law. Resubmittal is not responsible for decisions, delays, costs, damages, or claims arising from reliance on generated output.
